The Appalachian Trail is the first national scenic trail and stretches from Georgia to Maine. If you are interested in hiking part of all of the A.T., come to this free information session presented by Hostelling International. Get tips on how to prepare, suggestions on what to pack, and recommendations for staying healthy and safe. Taught by 2007 thru hiker, Amy Daley, or known on the trail as "ziola".
