Don was a hobby woodworker who was looking for a way to make something part time and sell. Although he felt his first Greenland paddle wasn?t all that good, he kept at it, and eventually realized that he was making a better stick than he could buy. Paddlers think so too?in 2002 Don sold his first paddle, #14, and figures he will sell #500 before the end of 2009.
