Have you learned to kayak but still get fatigued while paddling? This personalized coaching session is for kayakers who have learned the basic strokes - forward, reverse, sweep, draw - but need more practice engaging and rotating those stronger core muscles. You'll learn to maximize torso rotation and stroke efficiency so you can enjoy longer, less fatiguing days on the water. Prerequisite: Kayaking?Level 1 or equivalent skill level: previous knowledge of paddle strokes is mandatory. Kayak, paddle, and PFD (personal flotation device) are provided.
