Snowshoeing 101

Snowshoeing is a great way to have fun in winter with your friends or family. REI Outdoor School snowshoeing instructor Cathy Anderson-Meyers will show you how easy it is to get out and experience Northern California's winter wonderland on "shoes". After a review of snowshoe fit and design, she'll give you pointers on technique and winter safety preparedness. Come find out about destinations perfect for your first time out.
