Order by Phone

1. Select your gear.

• From an REI Catalog—Please have the mailing at hand or fill out an order form before calling so all your information will be handy.

• From an REI Website—Write down the item numbers before calling. Item numbers are located above the photos on all Product Information pages

3. Pay for your order with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, an REI gift card or an REI dividend.

Order by Fax or Mail

1. Use an REI catalog order form or download an online form. The online forms below are PDF files. To view them, you will need PDF reader software. Download this software now. Or, for U.S. orders only, use this text-only U.S. order form.

2. Fill out the order form, remembering to include complete product numbers (which can be found online above the photos on all Product Information pages) and desired color/size information.

3. Pay for your order with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, an REI gift card, an REI dividend, money order, cashier’s check, traveler’s check or personal check for mail orders. For fax orders, we accept REI dividends and bankcards only.

4. Fax or mail your order to REI.

REI Store Pickup
Another benefit of stopping by your local REI store is our FREE store pickup shipping option! REI Store Pickup lets you ship online orders to your local REI store where you can pick them up. Here's how to take advantage of this free service:

1. During the checkout process, click the "REI Store Pickup" button and choose a state from the dropdown menu.

2. On the next page, select an REI store.

3. Print out your order confirmation.

4. You'll receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. Show your order confirmation and sign for the item at time of pickup.

IMPORTANT:

• Shipping times will vary based on the store location you choose.

• During checkout, you'll see an estimated arrival date along with each store location.

• You must print your order confirmation and show it to pick up your order.

• Some stores may be unable to install ski bindings.

• Sorry, order tracking is not available on orders shipped to an REI store.

NOTE: The REI Store Pickup option does not appear if your shopping cart contains ineligible items (gift cards and memberships).
