We had a hard bushwhack to this spot on Gem Lake in the Seven Devils range, but it was well worth it.

I pitched my Golite Shangri-La 1 right near the shore with the door facing the lake so I would never miss out on the view.

I wish I could say this beautiful camp site near the Twin Sisters lakes in the William O' Douglas wilderness was as peaceful as it looks in this picture, but unfortunately the place was crawling with hunters.

Our first night of a 4 day trek on the Olympic coast we camped here at Cedar Creek. The view was spectacular.
