Standard Shipping Information and REI Store Pickup Details for Bicycles

Regardless of how you have your bike shipped, it will be built to precise specifications by certified REI Bicycle Technicians to ensure your safety and comfort. Some simple final assembly with a free multi-tool will be required if the bike is shipped to you directly. If you pick up your bike from an REI store, the bike will be completely assembled and ready to ride.

Overnight and 2-day shipping are not available for bikes. We cannot deliver bikes to PO boxes or addresses outside the USA, including U.S. territories, and APO and FPO addresses.

*Marin and Electra bikes are only shipped to REI stores; they cannot be shipped to your home or other addresses.

++Cannondale, GT, Kona, Raleigh and Scott bikes are shipped only to select REI stores which are authorized dealers of those brands.
