I ususally find the cut of button-down shirts to be too masculine but as the previous reviewer notes, if you are broad-shouldered with a narrow waist, this is the shirt for you. It's a very flattering cut. It is super soft and comfortable. The material is thin, more like brushed cotton than actual flannel. The blue/green combo is gorgeous.

The colors in this shirt are beautiful (very fallish!) and there is some nice brown stitch detailing on the placket that is hard to see in the photo. Fabric is fairly light, but sturdy.
What makes this shirt, for me, is the cut: broad shoulders, narrow waist, and long arms. I have a really hard time finding that combo, and this fits perfectly-- comfortable but fitted enough not to look sloppy. For reference, I am 5'6", 120lb, and the small fits great.
