I bought these so I could have fingers available for dog training (treating) outdoors. They are nice and warm, and a good size for free fingers nd warm wrists and palms. There are black under gloves that have a constructed thumb and grey over gloves with a slit for the thumb. The knuckle covering is open (I.e., no constructed finger openings) on both, and stays up over the palm well.
I worry I will lose one of the 4 pieces at some point. Contemplating sewing the two layers together and even perhaps using a mitten string like I did when I was young.
They are very classy looking even for winter dressy occasions.
