The women's Mont Range jacket from REI is an extra-warm hybrid shell. A unique design includes soft-shell fabric in exposed and high-wear areas and PrimaLoft® Eco insulation in the core.
- Hood, shoulders and sleeves are built with breathable, stretch soft-shell fabic to resist rain and wind, and to also offer durability when wearing a pack
- 60g PrimaLoft® Eco fill provides warmth where it's needed most; both the fill and its Pertex® shell are made using recycled materials
- Hood and arms offer windproof protection to 25 mph; core area offers windproof protection to 50 mph
- Full-length front zipper with internal windflap
- Adjustable hood, stretch cuff bindings and drawcord hem seal out cold
- REI Mont Range jacket has 2 zip handwarmer pockets and 1 zip sleeve pocket
- An active fit aids warmth without inhibiting movement

I purchased this just before a cruise to warmer climates. I loved that I was able to wear it when I was still in "cold" country & when I got warm enough it was stuffable into my airline carry-on. Actually ran into cooler than expected temps on the cruise a couple times, but I was prepared with this jacket. Love it!
