Overall it appears to be a great rain jacket, but the sleeves are way too long. I'm 5'4" and about 125 lbs. I ordered the small and everything fits great but the sleeves go past the tips of my fingers and so I have to roll up the cuffs to make it fit. Who has arms that long in a size small?? Come on! Poor design size on an otherwise great jacket. Too bad.
