Saltstick is by far my favorite electrolyte supplement. It is perfect for those long hot rides or even some longer races. I take a few the night before and the morning of bigger events. It is nice to see I should be able to find this product at my local REI or online. Cramps are no fun and I even find that taking a couple once cramps or light-headedness come on help assist ridding those nusances.

Although there are no calories, sometimes I just need that boost in electrolytes and caffeine to turn a long bike ride into a more enjoyable experience.
