    Redesigned for a larger capacity, the rugged Metolius Ropemaster™ HC rope bag protects your climbing rope from the damaging effects of dirt, sun and moisture.

    • Features a large 58 x 52 in. tarp with an easy-load pocket that controls the rope while packing it up; pocket is sized to hold up to a 70m rope
    • To stow your rope, simply flake it onto the tarp, stuff it into the easy-load pocket, fold the sides of the tarp in, roll it up and stuff it into the bag

    Can't say enough good about this bag. The large tarp is ideal for keeping the rope out of the dirt, and there's a chute-like pocket in one side that makes packing it up a breeze. Handy plastic window lets you see which rope is packed. Cinches down really well thanks to the aluminum buckles. My friend once lost his grip on the bag, and it tumbled over 300 feet down a scree slope and through some bushes. We hiked down, dusted it off, and were surprised to find no evidence of the ride it took. Switching my other ropes to ropemaster bags as well.
