This was my 3rd pair of Smith sunglasses. The frames of all three pairs I bought broke at the joints. The first two were covered, but apparently they recently changed their policy and this is no longer covered. Bought them about a year and a half ago and with REI's new 1-year return policy I am forced to just throw them in the garbage. Stinks, waste of money and bad for the environment.

Comments about Smith Prospect Polarized Sunglasses:

I was looking for a good pair of glasses that would not break the bank and I think I found a good fit. Had them for a month and have not scratched them yet. They seem to be quality. I only wish they did not have the rubber on the side pieces that grip to keep them on. I get the point that it keeps them in place, but I do not like that they do not slide on because they grip hair. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.
