      As I began training for another marathon, I needed a new pair of shoes. When I got to the store and began browsing for running shoes, these Brooks were pointed out to me, and the REI Team Member said, "These things are kinda like crack for your feet. Once you put them on, you won't want to take them off. They are so comfortable." He was absolutely correct. Lightweight, somewhat minimalist shoe, with a breathable mesh (yet sturdy) design. My feet don't get tired on my long runs. The toe box has a little extra room for moving, which is critical on those long runs. The modified side lacing makes the shoe fit extremely well. (Lacing doesn't just run across the top of your foot) I am SO glad they were strongly recommended to me. I would STRONGLY recommend them whether you are training for a marathon or even just for kicking around.
