REI Larch Solid Shirt - Women'sis rated4.6out of5by5.
Rated5out of5byscubarunnerfromComfortable, flattering shirtI bought this to have a quick-drying breathable shirt to wear to work during the Atlanta summers. I'm a fan - it has a flattering fit and does not pull or gap across my bust (which most button-down shirts do when I wear them). I like the color and the details on the pockets and found it to be very comfortable, even in the midday heat. The sleeves roll up and fasten so you don't need to worry about the long sleeves in the summer.

Rated5out of5bySukafromGreat ShirtI bought the same shirt in a green plaid last year and loved it, so I looked for another one this year. Would have picked one with a pattern but the solid red and another color were all that were available. As it turns out,I'm liking the red one a lot.

Rated5out of5byOutdoor ManiacfromGreat ShirtI use this shirt for everything, I don't want sun on me so it offers great sun protection. I love that it snaps! Quit and easy! Great stylish fit allows me to wear this for a dress out day and/or night. Very flattering to my figure. I love that it isn't boyish.

Rated4out of5bybigfatbugfromGreat shirt!Just got this shirt using my dividend and member coupon and couldn't be happier! Fits well and is flattering, plus the red color adds some pop to my wardrobe. I wish it came in more colors beside red and blue!

Rated4out of5byfieldgeologistfromgreat button-down!I like the idea of button-downs for fieldwork, but I could never find one that fit me well, didn't look ridiculous, and was comfortable. This shirt is going into heavy rotation for me!
The material is soft and lightweight, like a running shirt, not like a cotton button-down, so it hangs well and feels good. The cut is flattering, not too boxy, so it looks and feels more like a structured t-shirt. And both colors are great!
My biggest complaints are how much it retains odor and how much it wrinkles. If it weren't for these two factors, it would be my absolute favorite fieldwork shirt. As it is, it's hard to wear more than once without washing, which is a big drawback for me on trips.
