Great value, exactly what I was looking for. Warm, but not overly heavy. With liner in, you have to be careful how you take it off and put it on, as liner sleeves can wind up coming out (when taking off) or extending beyond the shell sleeve (when putting on). Glad I bought it, would gladly do so again.
