      I have a flat bar road bike that I use to tour. I wanted to get ergonomic handlebar grips for my bike after having trouble with numbness in my pinkie and ring fingers on both hands last year while training for the Seattle to Portland Bicycle Classic (204 miles). I tried these on a whim, and so far this season I have had no numbness! Did a 60 mile ride last weekend and felt great after. I would highly recommend these.

      I should note that I am 5'8 and female. I have fairly large hands for a girl, and so although I was worried the Large size would be too big for me, I think they fit just right.

      Product was easy to install and align. They work great for climbing and when I want a 2nd hand position, these allow a comfortable spot to switch my hands to.
