          Just got these while on vacation. Great fitting pants. Lightweight. I really like the Kuhl line of pants but they run a bit baggy on me. I found these to be more form fitting but far from tight or skinny. I'd say a relax to regular fit if comparing it to jeans. Love these pants.

          I would say that I am a big fan of these pants. I purchased a second pair of the Bastion due to comfort and long term "wearability" of these pants. The articulated knees as well as the lighter weight material provides greater flexibility and are not as rigid as the Spotter line. These pants also have a decent button closure which beats the Rampart dual button snap. The only down side with Arcteryx is that the sizing always fluctuates which is why REI's return policy is great. This being said a nice sandcastle or tan color just like in their other similar causal designs would be appreciated.
