The Vibram FiveFingers Sprint multisport shoes provide the benefits and comfort of barefoot adventuring with the added protection of rubber soles.
- Individual toe slots enhance dexterity, control and stability to deliver a natural walking motion
- Thin, abrasion-resistant polyamide stretch fabric fits low on feet and offers quick-drying comfort
- Instep and wrap-around heel straps secure with rip-and-stick closures to provide a secure, supportive fit
- Footbeds feature AEGIS Microbe Shield® antibacterial treatment to help control odors
- Vibram™: soles are designed to follow the contours of your feet and toes; made of nonmarking Vibram TC1 performance rubber
- Razor siping on soles provides sure grip on wet and slippery surfaces
- Recommended for running, fitness training, cross fit, yoga and Pilates, most water sports and travel
- May help you feel an increased sense of balance, expanded range of motion and improved posture
- In order to allow your feet to adapt to using different muscles, gradually increase usage of these shoes

Would have given a better rating but the shoe is a terrible fit (Not long enough). Suspect they sized it wrong and that is why it was on sale at a good price. I ordered online and should have returned them. I have a pair of Bilika that fits great.

I use these to work out at home six days a week. I had been using some decent running shoes, but these are much, much better. I was afraid of ankle issues, but there are none. They don't smell terrible after I work out. My kid bought a different brand and had blister problems--not me. It was weird for a couple of days getting used to the fit, but I can't see going back to the running shoes for what I do.

Love the concept of minimal shoes. These do take some getting used to muscle wise so be sure to follow the recommended gradual warm up approach. Sometimes the heel velcro rubs on my opposite calf as i run but its probably more of my problem than the shoe.
Hopefully I'll never wear anything else for running activity
