I've been wearing Sunclouds for years and have always found them to be rugged, quality sunglasses. And then I bought these. The frames are outrageously flimsy. I went through two pairs and both broke at the hinge. The first pair broke as I was putting them on. The second pair broke as I was walking along. Just pop and the sidebar was lying on the ground. I have a friend who also owned a pair and they also broke at the hinge. Just a lousy product.

I've owned these for 2 months and with gentle usage the left arm broke off! I dealt with the loose arm that developed in a very short time, like the previous reviewer stated, there was a loose inner spring or something. Screw was tight, just a poor design.

I wanted to like these. The price point seemed right, they fit well, and looked good. After two days of use one of the side arms would not open properly and when it did, it no longer had any spring to it. Do not waste your money on these. Mine will be the first 100% satisfaction return to REI.
