Comments about Hi-Tec Midland Mid Hiking Boots - Men's - 2011 Closeout:
I agree with Buggboy that these shoes are horrible. Very soft bottom. You feel every rock. I also have loved my HiTec in the past but not these. don't waste your money!!
Comments about Hi-Tec Midland Mid Hiking Boots - Men's - 2011 Closeout:
I love to hike and I was looking for a light hiker for the summer months. I have owned many pairs of Hi-Tec boots, and have always been pleased. I bought these boots from REI on-line in late may 2012. Right from the beginning they were uncomfortable so I used a heavy hiking sock. This weekend I went for a big hike in the Catskill Mountains in New York and my feet are swollen and in pain. This was the final straw and I threw them away. Also the sole of the shoe is already worn. Please don't waste your money on these!!!!!!!
