The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Advanced Elements Hula Inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard - 11':
Moving to Florida from California, mountains are pretty much non-existent but there are plenty of lakes and flat-water. This thing is amazing. I paddled this thing in rough bays. Easy to transport (strapping a SUP or kayak on top ruins your gas mileage). Though a pain sometimes to inflate, especially during hot muggy or mosquitoey Florida summers.
Overall, an excellent purchase, especially if you're starting out.

Comments about Advanced Elements Hula Inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard - 11':
I have used the board 4 times down river and have been very happy. The board is reletively easy to inflate. I have an electic pump that plugs into my car lighter and I can inflate most of the way. I need about 70 more pumps to get it to full 10 psi. Call it a warm up. The guage is deceiving that comes with it. The green area is 4-5 psi which is way too low. First time out was a little soft but after inflating to the recommended psi it was solid. Also make sure if you are using the fins to install before inflating! 70 pumps is cool once but not twice in a row. Tracking was good with the fins. After the first run I removed them and still working on technique to keep it running straight. May put one back on next time. Also a bit of a challenge to stay on it in rapids but that's part of the fun. Wear a helmet and PFD! Loving it! My kayak is getting dusty.

Comments about Advanced Elements Hula Inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard - 11':
I demoed the Hula 11 for a week up in Lake Tahoe. With the Truckee River at it's peak (1100cfm) for the year, this was a blast. What was easy cruise for a kayak becomes challenging and fun on SUP. I popped one of the fins off jibbing over logs (no portage, just ride up and over) and didn't rip the fabric or fin box. This rig is bomber. We paddled on the lake, it's a little slow but great for beginners because it's soft and safe to fall on, not to mention they can drop it in the parking lot without dinging the board....and they will. Packs up and inflates super easy.
