    I am a mature runner who runs a 5k, five days each week. I have about 300 miles on my current pair of Wave Rider 15s. I tend to have a high arch and this shoe gives good support and stability. It wears better than other shoes I have worn over the years. I think I could get 400 miles out of a pair if I really tried. My only minor issue with these shoes is that soft snow and slush tend to build up in the deep pocket on the bottom of the heel when running in winter. I have found the sizing to run true and was pretty easy to break in although the bottom is just a bit slippery until it is scuffed up a bit. I only wear these shoes for running. I will likely continue to purchase this shoe for further use.
