Comments about Chuckit! Amphibious Bumper Dog Toy:

This product is well made. I have a pointing labrador retriever who has to burn energy daily. This product is great! It floats high on the surface of the water so she can easily see it on a calm water or in white caps. She can retrieve it on any body of water (lake, ocean, marsh) for at least an hour of constant fetch. It works just as well on land as in the water. It is softer on the gums than comparable training buoys from Cabelas and other outfitters. She has had gum bleeding from products that have harder materials. This toy is extremely durable. I am finally having to replace the toy after a year of daily use. This toy is great if you have a chewer, like my lab; the product will last. No other similar product has lasted anywhere near this long. Another product that works great is the Ruff wear gourdo, but it does not sit as high on the surface of the water and thus she sometimes has a harder time identifying this toy when swimming. I prefer this one the best and the price is reasonable for daily use.
