      Comments about Trigger Point Performance Starter Set With DVD:

      Its unfortunate the footballer is packaged with the ball. The ball is hideously overpriced ($25 when sold alone) and no better than a $2 lacrosse ball.

      The footballer on the other hand is really good at releasing tight calf muscles, and works well in conjunction with a foam roller, or better, the TP therapy 'Grid' roller.

      I end up spending at least 30 minutes a day using the footballer and other TP therapy products. So, even though the initial price seems high for what you get, in the long run its actually worked out to be pretty good value for money. After months of daily use the footballer looks and performs like new. So I suspect it will last quite a while (its very hard to imagine ever wearing it out!).
