    Comments about Trigger Point Performance Massage Ball:

    I woke up one morning with plantar fasciitis....owwwwie, it hurt. My doctor and trainer both recommended a series of stretches, and advised me to get some trigger point rollers. I bought the entire range - trust me, I was willing to pay anything to get relief. The 'footballer' wasn't available alone, it was sold as a package with this ball. So I reluctantly own one.

    Its good. Firmer and therefore 'better' than a tennis ball, but not much better than any number of rubber balls you can buy at a toy store, or even a pet store for a couple of Dollars (at most).

    If money is not an issue, buy it. But, in all seriousness you will be overpaying by 10x.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
