I was a little concerned that this would be too light weight. After wearing it for a bit, it has become my go-to spring jacket. It works for most everything I need. It's warm enough to wear when walking my girls to school in the morning and thin enough to layer underneath a shell when it gets too chilly for the jacket alone or when it's misty.

From a distance it appears brown or even grayish, but up close it is indeed purple. But it's a nice, unique, muted purple, and you'll stand out because no one else will be wearing this color. The Caliber is very soft and warm on cool days. It's for days when the Covert would be too warm but the Delta LT wouldn't quite be warm enough. I think the sleeves are a little long, personally, but my arms are a little short and if you're using it for activities that involve reaching they're probably just right. It's really comfortable, has its temperature niche, and looks sharp.

I like the fit of this garment...for Arc'teryx it is a little looser fit. I hike three days a week in the Sandia Mountains and I find the Caliber Cardigan great for the cool mornings. This is the first Arc'teryx product I've owned and I'm impressed with the fit and finish. I also wear it around the house when the temperature drops. All in all, a great piece.

Worn after workout; Nothing outstanding about the sweater; No loop inside or out to hang; Zippers should work in reverse order; When placed in dryer the end of the sleeves and the bottom of the sweater collect all the lint in the dryer for some unknown reason;

Arc'teryx is a quality product. This is a very handsome lightweight all-around zip-up sweater. I personally prefer a zip-up versus a pull over for the sheer convienance factor. The corduroy design/texture is handsome and not what you would think; such as tacky and bold. I gave this product 4 stars vice 5 because of the Mollusk color. Viewing the on-line pictures it appeared a brown oak color range. However, it's not; its a unique color that is almost a purplish brown. I was ready to return it but it has grown on me.
