        I bought this container because I wanted to have trail mix and granola to snack on. This container is sturdy and the pour top is perfect for nuts and granola and other loose food items, like cereal. The mouth is pretty wide, so not any trouble with items getting stuck. I love it and ordered two more so that I can have multiple snacks at any time.

        The only minor complaint I have is that if you use your thumb to open it, you can sometimes pop the whole lid off.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          I use this container for my long kayak trips. It fits neatly into my little lunch cooler that I take. It makes eating on the surf easy and if I drop it into my cockpit, my food is safe (as long as the lid is closed). I am ordering all of these containers and a few more of this size for my camp kitchen because they have so many uses.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
