These shoes have no ventiliation, my feet get hot and after a short while they actually stink. The soles are falling out after one month and these shoes are so going back to REI.

I was looking to replace an older pair of Merrell Circuit Mary Jane shoes, so I tried these on in the store and they fit alright, but unfortunately the top, back/side of the shoe hits tightly right below my ankle bone and irritates/rubs against it. I only walked around in the store for about 4-5 minutes in these shoes and my ankle bone had a red indentation mark under it and was sore. I read similar reviews on other websites about these shoes but was hoping it wasn't true :( Unfortunately these won't be replacing my awesome older Merrells.

I really wanted to like these shoes! But, alas, they were not for me. They were ok to wear to work, without much walking. As soon as the need to walk arose, the shoes did not perform as well as I would've liked. The arch support seemed poor and my feet felt cramped and tired. I tried to put arch support insoles, but that made the shoes way to tight. I returned them.

I have this shoe in both black and brown and I LOVE it!! I have a hard time finding shoes that accommodate my big toe joint as I have arthritis in it. I can wear these shoes all day and still be comfortable. And I have not had any problem with odor...or lack of ventilation.
