very compact, with good basic tool assortment; but, I bought it specifically for the bottle opener, which is all but useless. The attachment point (where it levers under the bottle cap) is a very narrow metal piece, so it does not catch the underside of the cap.

Comments about Gerber Bear Grylls Compact Multitool:

This is my first Multitool. I use it all of the time cutting cord and frabric out in the field. to using the tweezers for removing splinters.

I like the size its perfect for day to day carry. It does not have a lot of tools as most of the bigger models but its enough to get you by.

The only thing that I would add is a lock for the blades but all in all great product.
