I wanted to get back into casual bike riding and was considering Serene Deluxe and the Electra Townie. The REI outlet good deal on the Serene Deluxe convinced me to go with this bike. I've had it three weeks, and I'm very happy so far. I ride either on paved trails or around the neighborhood to the store and farmer's market. I'm pleased with this bike and recommend it to others.

I bought this bike for my wife to get back into recreational riding. We are nearing retirement age and the comfort bikes are perfect for our use. At[$] it is a good buy, however, the 2011 model is available at [...] currently (August, 2011) for [$] REI, drop the price a little more!
