    This is a great trail running/hiking bottle. Slide your hand into the strap, cinch it snug, and you won't fatigue your hand/arm muscles due to constantly having to hold a conventional bottle. I actually maintain an almost completely loose grip on the bottle while running. I did notice that it leaks just a bit, but nothing too bad and I can live with it. The small pouch is great for storing your car keys.
