    First time out, I ran 18 miles in the pouring rain while training for a marathon. Was able to hold enough liquid for the entire run. Even with the rain, the pack stayed nicely in place and only adjusted once or twice during the entire run. Plenty of room for keys, phone, gels, gum, money, mace and room to spare. This pack fit nicely (I am large busted and had problems with the fit of some other packs). Best purchase that I have made in a long time. Gone are the days of stashing drinks along the route and hoping that they will still be there when I get there.
