Weight specification based on size Medium. Chest Girth: Measure behind dog's front legs for girth. Harness should be snug but not restrictive. Allow for a finger to slide between the dog and harness.

Comments about Kurgo Tru-Fit Smart Dog Harness:

We tried every car harness available from the major pet store chains. Each had faults, most were tricky to get the dogs into, some were heavily padded (not a good alternative for summer travel) and all required the seat belt to loop through the harness itself. We chose the Kurgo because the seat belt strap is easily detached from the harness itself, it is not heavily padded, it is sturdily built and easy to get the dogs in and out of.
