I bought this vest 2 years ago and LOVE it! We currently live in SC so it's a perfect piece to own. I also layer it under my jacket when it gets cooler or when we go home to KS as it's much colder there. I wear a 4-6 and the small is perfect for me. Hits at the hip. I usually wear a long sleeved shirt under it, can't be anything too bulky. I would highly recommend!

I bought one of these 3 years ago and wear it to walk long long distances on windy winter days in Dallas TX. Really blocks those 40 - 50 mph wind gusts. I wear with a long sleeve shirt in temps in the high 20's low 30's.
I have nothing bad to say about it. Looking for one for a friend's Christmas.
