If you are a masochist or have no feeling in your back and shoulders, then this is your pack!
The back straps are strangely rigid and cut into my shoulders, leaving my arms difficult to raise and feeling numb. It starts causing serious discomfort after about 4 minutes of use. The hip belt offers little to no support, and seems to be included just to stabilize the bag. Someone brought me this bag to use overseas, so I'm stuck with it for now.
If it weren't for getting my money back by returning the pack, I would seriously consider setting this bag aflame in retribution.

Online, this pack looked great for those overnight outdoor trips, or for carrying a little extra on a day-long trek.
The problem is the suspension. For what you can fit in this pack the hipbelt is not up to par; it's hardly more than a strap with a clip. Additionally, the back/kidney pad is thin and smooth so it is difficult to get the pack to rest on your hips.
If it isn't a problem to let the majority of the load ride on your shoulders then this pack will be just fine. And I will add that the ability to adjust the entire padding system with velcro is not a bad idea at all. I only wish it had been better implemented.
