When I ordered this fleece, I was hoping to replace my old REI Muir Woods Fleece. When they arrived, I found them to be very thin, and of poor quality. When I got the fleece wet, it took a very long time to dry and it attracted my dog's hair from a mile away. I was simply not satisfied with this product.

I got this fleece mainly because it was on sale and was so much cheaper than other fleeces I was looking at. I got in black in a small. I am 5 ft. 4 and about 125 lbs, and this fit great. It doesn't have a particularly long torso, but the arms were the right length.
I was impressed with its extreme soft feel. While it's no industrial-strength fleece, and will not offer wind protection, it makes for a great layering piece and is wonderful for every day wear. I wear it under a rain shell during colder summer showers and it offers the right amount of breathability and warmth. I've worn this all over the place and feel cute when I wear it out.

The only con I have with this is that the zipper at the top towards the color was not entirely covered, so it looks a bit odd, but it's really not a problem big enough to detract from the entire fleece.

Bottom line: Cute for an everyday fleece. Not windproof, but a great layering piece that works with all types of outfits and needs. Good deal and a great buy.

Previous model did not have zips 4 pockets so this is improvement. I use it when it is cool not cold. Nice tailored cut but chest is tight, if your bust size is more than a B buy a size up. If your arms are long, this is not for you (get patagonia their sleeves are always superlong), I am petite and the sleeves are just a little too long.

Jewel berry is a vivid rich color. Too bad I had to return the jacket b/c it puckered quite a bit in the waist area. I'm petite w/a small frame and this jacket fit poorly (size small). I'm really disappointed that I had to return it b/c of the puckering. Zipper seemed very sturdy.

I bought this jacket for traveling. It is light weight and warm. I love the fit and contour of the jacket. I ordered it in black. What I got was a deep deep Charcoal which they called black. I then returned it for a refund.

I was looking for a new fleece since I'm always cold. I ordered this one in a medium (I'm 5'7" and 135 lbs) and I loved the Caftan color. It's a lovely off-white. However, it didn't really fit me. It was too big around the torso and it felt like it was of light construction.

All in all, I returned it.

As soon as cool weather sets in, this is my everyday jacket. When it rains I wear it under my rain jacket. When it's very cold, I wear a few light layers underneath and a shell over it. It's lightweight, so I often wear it hiking and tie it around my waist when I warm up. It's a great substitute for the bulky sweaters I used to wear during winter activities. I've had the jacket for 6 years, worn constantly during the cool season, washing it 2-3 times a year (NixWax), and it's in excellent condition: zipper and seams showing no signs of age. Just the pile is looking, as one would expect, less fluffy than when it was new. I'm normally a medium in size but I bought the jacket in an XL, which allows room for under layers without being sloppy large without under layers. I suspect that the sizing runs a little small, so it's worth trying on before committing. I would buy this jacket again without a moment's hesitation.

This is a basic fleece jacket that is lightweight and comfortable. I grab it often as it so light and easy to wear. It reminds me of when fleece jackets first came out. It works great for cool mornings or evenings in Arizona.

Color is great, but fit is difficult. Small in bust and hips. Get next size up. Not of the highest quality, but ok for every day garden work

This is a nice, light weight fleece jacket. Good for the price. Another reviewer was correct, it's a dark Charcoal, not quite Black, but that doesn't bother me. I think best for cool days and layering. This zipper allows for zipping inside another jacket.
