      Comments about GoFit Ultimate Corestability Disk - Red:

      Used one of these in my physical therapist's office as part of a knee injury recovery, and I'm STOKED to finally have one for home. This + 3' foam roller + theraband tubing = just about all you need to train and work on injury prevention anywhere. This disk works peripheral muscles like crazy, improving balance and combating over-training on sport-specific muscles.
