The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about WTB Rocket V Race Saddle - Men's:
Rode this saddle for about 80 miles in this year's Santa Fe Century. Was pleasantly surprized by how comfortable and supportive it was: no chafing or rear-end fatigue for the duration of the ride. Much better than my OEM saddle, and much lighter, too. Seems to have the right balance of cushioning and stiffness.

Comments about WTB Rocket V Race Saddle - Men's:
Took this saddle out for a roughly 50 mile ride through some varied terrain, everything from the paved bike path to the trail, to some highly technical rock gardens. My posterior has already started a love affair with this saddle. It was very comfortable throughout the ride, and provided a good stable pedaling platform. It was just wide enough in the back to do that, but never got in the way.
As for the comments about this saddle being to hard, I don't know if the those commentors wear a chamois, but I do which may make a significant impact on the comfort of this saddle.

Comments about WTB Rocket V Race Saddle - Men's:
I replaced the stock seat on my dual suspension MTB with one of these three years ago and have ridden many hundreds of miles including 24H races and off road centuries with pain everywhere except my butt! Personally I will always use this saddle on my MTB

Comments about WTB Rocket V Race Saddle - Men's:
I ride a 16 mile commute and was using the gel cheap seat the previos owner had put on the bike. When I switcheted to this one due in part to uncomfortable chaffage, I was amazed at how much difference a firmer seat could make in my peddling efficiency. It does have a softer" love" spot, which I appreciate even more after having ridden my dads bike--I would call it's seat" the castrator" and am looking@ getting this seat for him as well. I have had the seat for 2 months now and put around 150 miles on it so far...

Comments about WTB Rocket V Race Saddle - Men's:
I Mt bike once a week and would consider myself as an intermediate rider. I have rode 4 weeks on this seat and it is still hard as a rock. I would not suggest this seat if you like even a little cushion.

Comments about WTB Rocket V Race Saddle - Men's:
Bought the WTB Rocket V Race as an alternative to the factory saddle on my Hybrid. Rode 40 miles on it with a lot of discomfort.
