The Cannondale F7 Feminine hardtail mountain bike is designed specifically for women and features a plush 100mm suspension fork, disc brakes and a fun, great-handling frame at a fantastic value.

  • Strong T6061 aluminum CO2 frame offers a responsive, lightweight ride on smooth or bumpy terrain; Feminine frame geometry is performance-tuned to better fit women
  • If the terrain does take a turn for the bumpy, fear not—the RST Gila Pro suspension fork delivers 100mm of travel with rebound adjustment and can be locked out
  • Of the 24 available to you, find that just-right gear with the crisp SRAM X-4 trigger shifters and rear derailleur; once in gear, hammer away on Shimano cranks
  • If fate has it that you should need to slow down, Avid BB5 mechanical disc brakes have got you covered
  • Formula DC20/22 hubs are laced onto tough Alex double-walled rims; Kenda Small Block 8 tires take care of traction

After its initial break-in period you might notice your bicycle performing less responsively than the day you brought it home. Not to worry, this is typical of all new bicycles and simply reflects that cables have stretched or their housings have seated themselves into final position. To keep running at peak performance, all REI bicycles come with a FREE warranty tune-up, which should be accomplished between the first 100-200 miles of riding or after the first two months if you're accumulating miles less quickly.
