    I have had the older version of this pack for about six years and it has held up great the whole time. It holds the smallest amount of water that Camelbak offers in its pack sizes, which means this is going to weigh the least (and that's a good thing while running/cycling etc.)

    I've used this predominantly for casual asphalt bike riding (5-6mi) and running (5k etc.) and it is the perfect little pack to keep me hydrated without having to carry a bottle while jogging, which can get heavy, or fumble with a bottle while cycling.

    If you're looking for the end all be all of hydration packs THIS ISN'T IT. This pack is for the minimalist on the go who is trying to keep weight down and doesn't need 3 liters of water.

    Here are some tips for the new hydration pack user.
    -Fill this thing with ice! It keeps the water and your back cool.
    -Take off the bite valve while cleaning (wait till the tube cools then twist off the valve).
    -Stick a cup inside the bladder to hold it open for drying after cleaning.
    -Enjoy your semi-hands free hydration!

      After shopping around for hydration packs for running, I found this one. It holds just over 32 oz of water easily, and I'd highly recommend it for runners.

      It's very lightweight and comfortable on long runs. The pocket in the back is quite small, but it's clearly built to be small and lightweight (not for storage).
