The Marin Bolinas Ridge Disc hardtail mountain bike features a 100mm suspension fork and a tough frame for handling singletrack bliss with ease.

  • 6061 aluminum frame with hydroformed top and down tubes supplies direct power transfer to the drivetrain and dependable, responsive handling
  • Spinner 300 suspension fork offers up a beefy 100mm of travel, taking the jolts out of rough trails; suspension can be locked out when not needed
  • Shimano Acera trigger shifters, Acera rear derailleur and Altus front derailleur shift smoothly through all 24 gear combinations
  • Truvativ X-Flow 3.0 42/32/22 crankset and Shimano 11-32 cassette get you up and down mountainsides and across the fields and valleys in between

After its initial break-in period you might notice your bicycle performing less responsively than the day you brought it home. Not to worry, this is typical of all new bicycles and simply reflects that cables have stretched or their housings have seated themselves into final position. To keep running at peak performance, all REI bicycles come with a FREE warranty tune-up, which should be accomplished between the first 100-200 miles of riding or after the first two months if you're accumulating miles less quickly.
