        I use it to get Mountain Bike footage, but it seems to be versatile enough to get amazing footage/shots during basically any activity.
        The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because due to the riding position the camera points a little bit down; but nothing it cant be solved with other mounts already included with the camera.

          Comments about GoPro Chest Mount Harness:

          This is the best way to shoot GoPro footage on a bike. It gives you more of a feel of the trail than the helmet mount. It is also rock solid with very little shaking. The only issue I have had is if you have the WiFi backpack on the GoPro it is hard to get the camera angled up high enough to get good shots.
