The New Balance HRT Fit heart rate monitor makes tracking your fitness level as simple as possible!
- Measure your heart rate at any time by simply placing 2 fingers on the metal bezel for 3 - 8 sec.; no chest strap and no button pressing required
- Provides heart rate target zones with an alarm to let you know whether you're currently above or below the target zone
- Also features a 100 hr. chronograph, 100 hr. countdown timer and a calories-burned mode
- Calories burned are based on your age, gender, relative heart rate and total time of exercise
- Standard watch features include 12- and 24-hr. time, dual time, date and a daily alarm
