      Comments about Kershaw Oso Sweet Knife - Special Buy:

      This is my first Kershaw, and I found several video reviews online that were helpful on Y*outube.

      The knife has the speed safe opening technology, and is spring assisted. The metal clip is solid and is reversible for left-handed people.

      Overall I would highly recommend this knife to anyone who is either urban oriented for every day utility use, or for the extreme camper / back country REI fanatic!

      Service and delivery comments:

      After getting this knife delivered to the REI store, I opened the box and found that the silica gel packet had disintegrated. The pellets had worked their way into every crevice of the knife.

      REI customer service was very helpful the 2nd time I tried chatting them. The rep escalated my issue as the knife was no longer in stock.

      Needless to say, REI rules when it comes to gear, and in my book - customer focused service. They made my day by giving me a full refund!

      I will now be able to get the knife replaced via Kershaw's lifetime warranty.
