    Comments about Kinetic Rock-N-Roll Bike Trainer - Road:

    This is by far the best trainer I've ever ridden. At first I didn't think it would be that different than my old rigid trainer but I was wrong. It rocks side to side allowing me to get out of the saddle to "climb" or "sprint" naturally without worrying about breaking my frame. I can sit more comfortably in the saddle for longer because it moves with my butt, not against it. Seriously, this is what trainers should have always been. Totally worth it.
