Dial yourself in with the wired Kinetic Power computer. You get accurate power (watt) readings when you are using it with a Kinetic Trainer; all other functions are accurate on and off the trainer.

  • Kinetic Power Computer is an excellent cycling computer choice for use both on and off the trainer
  • Watt readings are calibrated based on a mathematical relationship between power and speed; together with the proprietary software you get an accurate estimate of your output
  • Power curve readings include power, maximum power and average power
  • All other functions (speed, distance, cadence, calories burned, temperature, etc.) are available and accurate during training sessions both on and off the trainer
  • Dual bike memory for distance, ride time and odometer; odometer reading combines mileage for Bike 1and Bike 2
  • Service interval reminder and low battery indicator
  • Includes computer, stem and handlebar mounts, speed transmitter with magnet, cadence transmitter with magnet, battery and cable ties

Power curve results are based on the "average" rider on an "outdoor ride" using the following cubic function: P = (5.244820*S + (0.01968)*S3; S = speed in miles per hour, P = power in Watts

        I use this on a bike that is dedicated to my Kinetic trainer. The "power" is calculated, rather than an actual measurement, but is useful to compare from session to session over time.

            This thing is a piece of JUNK! The zip ties that came with it were fragile at best. The wheel magnet stripped with little or no effort and would not attach. The wires for the cadence and speed sensors were not cut properly. All in all, a TOTAL FAIL!
