      I was looking for a good crossbody bag because I am a mom and need to keep my hands free, and this one looked like it would be perfect since it was reversible from black to brown. When it arrived I found that the bag was deeper than I thought it would be which was fine--just that much more I could stuff into it. The issue, however, was the strap. It was not quite long enough to wear crossbody and was too long to wear over the shoulder. It did fit crossbody, but even though I'm only 5 ft 4 1/2 the bag ended up feeling like it was riding up under my armpit or bunched up around my bustline. I wanted to love it, but unfortunately, I had to return it because it just wasn't comfortable.
