Save your money. Awful product, awful company. I bought this system in a Giro helmut. They tell you it pairs with your phone and ipod. Actually, it pairs with your phone or ipod, not both. I phoned Giro and they said that wasn't true, but I'd have to confirm with Skull Candy. A zillion calls later, finally got through to Skull Candy, who didn't know the answer because they just build to the manufacturer's specs. Back to Giro, finally got to a product manager who just wanted to get me off his screen/voice mail. It constantly drops the bluetooth signal. When it does work, it is near impossible to use the controls with gloves on. I find anything with the Skull Candy brand on it to be near junk. I bought three of these things for the whole family. Expensive mistake. Again, save your money.

I love these. I was so tired of wearing ear buds under my helmet and not being able to hear anyone talk to me. These work great with my iphone. I can answer the phone and listen to music without ever taking my phone out of my jacket.

The Tuneups connected 1st time with my i-phone 4, instructions are easy to follow (no adapter necessary) The sound is deep and great quality for the size. Volume is sufficient even on windy days. Distance from my phone was impressive No problems at the 10m range specified. The speakers do appear a little bulky but the freedom from wires way over-ride the look. Controls are a good size so the gloves can stay on. Ear covers fitted well with the Giro "Seam" helmet a firm click in system. 4 1/2 stars from me.

This is a great deal - I had it set up with my iPhone in about 5 minutes and it works like a champ. The audio quality is excellent and the phone call feature works well.

I think the guy with the negative review down below didn't purchase a separate Blue Tooth Dongle for his MP3 player.

I'm glad I got it and am showing it off to all of my buddies!!

I'm not sure about this other guy but I have successfully paired with my ipod and cell phone at the same time. So convenient to have controls to your music and calls. They are a little bulky. You look more like a DJ when riding on the hill. The speakers also could be louder although it is probably a good thing in my case so that I don't ruin my hearing. Overall an amazing product!
